Realtek 8822ce Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC Network Card
ClosedBenoit0016 -
Good evening,
I'm asking here because I've already looked into all possible support for this card and honestly, I still don't understand where my problem lies. My Wi-Fi has been disconnecting very frequently lately, and when I try to reconnect, I either get the message "We couldn't connect you to this Wi-Fi" or the available Wi-Fi networks simply don't appear in the bottom right of my screen. When I run the troubleshooting, it tells me that my Realtek 8822ce Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC network card is not working; there's a little alert triangle (I need to find the exact message). I have already visited several sites to find drivers that might be outdated, but my network card was not listed. I've also followed the tutorials provided by Microsoft regarding this network card and I checked the forum for the same network card as mine, except that the person was on a desktop while I'm on an Asus Tuf Gaming A15.
Thank you in advance to the people who will help me; I am open to all assistance and am available at any time to respond.

Hello
I thought I had read something about the Realtek 8822 that I still can't find??? But this isn't that recent, anyway, and this time it's on Asus 15 laptops specifically, but I'm not too good with English.

Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.Go to network adapters
Provide the hardware ID number of the wireless card
Look at this --> Find the device identification number
Post the number in your next message.
