Hello,

it can be anything and everything depending on its source.

Try using the Windows XPS viewer, which can be installed in the optional features section of the programs in the control panel.

Hello,

You don't provide your operating system, normally starting from Windows 10 as I indicated.

The installation usually creates a shortcut for the XPS viewer in the Windows Accessories section of the start menu; if not, create a shortcut from the executable at %systemroot%\system32\xpsrchvw.exe (probably a hidden file, make sure to enable the display of system and hidden files in Windows first).
