Hello,
I acquired a Unowhy Y13 during the 2021-2022 school year.
As the computer was blocked by administrator permissions, I reinstalled a brand new Windows.
BUT SINCE THEN, it's been impossible to get sound!!
I've looked at hundreds of forums, tutorials, downloaded hundreds of so-called "compatible" drivers according to many people, but nothing works. The only thing I haven't been able to do is to display the content of this page by clicking on this link:
http://www4.driveridentifier.com/index.php?reason=scan_detail_not_found_scan_driver_item

It automatically redirects me to:
DriverIdentifier - The most simple & easy driver updating tool.

So if anyone has a miracle solution, whether it’s that darn link or another solution, I would be delighted to devote my worship to them until the end of my days!

Hoping to get a response and thank you for taking the time to read this.

Hi! Here is what you asked me for, I have a lot of system peripherals so I didn't take a screenshot, but no I don't have any errors, I'm on Windows 11 64-bit

    Hello,

    Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

Do you have a section --> other devices?
If so, what is the problematic device?

What do you have in audio, video and game controllers?

Do you have a device alert in --> System devices?

    Windows 10 or 11?
    32 or 64 bits?

I also downloaded the "Realtek audio" drivers mentioned in this topic, but I'm still having the issue:
Sound issue UNOWHY Y13 [Resolved] (commentcamarche.net)

I don't see where the problem was resolved since he himself hasn't mentioned succeeding and hasn't given any updates since his last message.

Give the hardware identification number of the 3 peripherals
Check this --> Find the identification number of a peripheral
Post the 3 numbers in your next message.
