Mixed Fransat decoder chain Wisi
jeannets Posted messages 28395 Registration date Status Contributor Last intervention -
I do not subscribe to any package beyond TNT, so I have only black screens in addition to TNT.
Moreover it has mixed up all my channels; for example TF1 is on channel 44, and it’s impossible to rearrange them.
I am with Fransat with a WISI OR07HD decoder. I tried to restart a channel search, but nothing is proposed in the menus.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
Normally, this decoder does not receive bouquets... other than the DVB-T multiplex, as far as encrypted... well oriented at 5° West, with a good signal level; 90% and a quality around 85%, in good weather... It is possible that these criteria are faulty... to be seen... because you give no information on that.
It would also be necessary to tilt the head on its axis, by about 3° to improve the selection of transponders...
That said, you may also be receiving signals from nearby, it all depends on the pylons existing on your horizon..??
Your coaxial cable may also cause disturbances, if it has damage, or low quality...
But well, it is WISI who should answer these questions...

Thank you for the quick response, I’ll try to be more precise.
So when I say bouquet I mean that I see the channels equidia, rmc sport, dorcel, ....
For the signal quality, it fluctuates, rapidly, between 85 and 90 %. I checked the satellite name. But to the right of it I have at least a dozen frequencies in addition to that of the TNT. I could delete them (I’m afraid to) but that won’t put the channels back in order.
I don’t think the dish moved or the cable has a problem. One morning everything was fine, and in the afternoon of this problem (a sunny weather, not a breath of wind).
The problem is probably me, I tried to plug a player into this old television. I must have touched some buttons without seeing them.
And OK, but how do I ask questions to WISI

If you have a player of...??? plugged into your TV, it may be sending images to your TV, it all depends on how everything is connected..?? and that the Wisi has nothing to do with these pirate/ghost images..
We don’t know the model of this TV either... it may do unpredictable things etc.. likewise for a satellite dish, depending on how rigidly it is fixed, a crow, a seagull, can land on it and modify the settings; although 80% quality, seems quite good..
You can also unplug this mysterious player, and if it hasn’t caused any damage, it should work again..
You can explain to WISI exactly what you said in your first question.
The mixed images and the downgrading of channels..
You can view all FRANSAT frequencies and find what your frequencies correspond to next to them...

How are you connected between the TV and Wisi..? Would you perhaps have an adapter by any chance.. ? -
I have nothing plugged in besides that.
I don’t have any ghost image on the TV, it’s simpler than that..
I also don’t have a mixed image, I only see DVB-T images, either the channel works well, or it’s a black screen (and I only have the banner informing me of the channel name).
My problem is that the channels have mixed up.
For example :
- RMC Sport is on 1 (I don’t have it so it’s a black screen, I only have the banner telling me the channel name).
- TF1 is on 44 (and there I see it very clearly).
Since I only receive DVB-T I would like to delete all these channels that don’t interest me and that I can’t watch, all these black screens. And have TF1 when I press the 1 button on the remote.
I can’t rearrange the channels either. When I press the color button to access this function it says impossible.

Yes, I didn’t quite understand it that way...
In my opinion, we need to redo a scan of the channels... And there must be a checkbox criterion so that the scan is carried out only on TV channels... (and not radio, for example).
The others on a black screen must have a frequency...?? you should find it in the "Kingofsat" table and know what it corresponds to...
It is certain that if it’s a radio, you will not have any picture.

yes that's what I thought too but they're not radio stations, they're TV channels. Like Dorcel TV (that stood out to me, I didn't understand what it was doing there the first time), RMC Sport TV too (on channel 1 on the remote).
I MAY HAVE (I can't say no, I didn't see it but something did happen) actually performed a scan indeed.
And I'm trying to do another scan but can't find that function, it's not me who installed it)

Usually the Scan is performed in the "Installation" menu
==>"automatic search"
There should be a notice with this WISI..??

This receiver is "Multisatellite" therefore you must define the satellite scan only on "Eutelsat" 5°W so that it does not receive others..
RMC Sport is a paid offer... and it seems you ignore it... even though you paid.?
Or is it a used purchase and it has been tampered with by the previous owner..?
