CASIO SE-S100 receipt printing incomplete

Hello,

We have a Casio SE S100 cash register.
The receipts are incomplete. The printing is not complete in the middle vertically on our tickets. This is not an issue of incomplete data but of printing (ink or something else).

Is there a way to clean it or perform a test print or cleaning, please?

Hello,
have you tried with another roll of paper? The issue may stem from a defect in the roll.
I don't know of any cleaning method for the print head, but to do a test print, you just need to simulate a sale and then cancel it.
