Unable to open my Instagram account on 2 phones

I wanted to know if it's normal that I can't open the same account on two different phones?

When I try to open my account on my other Samsung, I get a wrong password message, even though that's not the case...

I made this deduction... Is it correct?

If so, what should I do?
