Cannot open Instagram

Hello,
When I press my Instagram icon on my Samsung 4 mini, the screen goes black, as if the phone was off, while all the apps are working just fine!!

Configuration: Android / Chrome 53.0.2785.124

Good evening,
Have you restarted your smartphone? Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app? Cleared the cache?
