Hello, today I missed the Amazon delivery driver's call and therefore I couldn't receive my package. The latter didn't ring at my home and didn't leave anything in my mailbox. To my great surprise, my tracking indicates it was delivered in person. I then called customer service to express my dissatisfaction because I am furious about the situation; after all, it was a €130 purchase. They replied that they would open an investigation regarding the delivery and should call me back on Friday. I therefore wish to be compensated for this inconvenience, especially since there were only 8 copies of the item left at the time of my order, so it will probably no longer be available on Friday to request a reshipment. I would like to know what my rights are in order to be compensated for this! Thank you....

You did the only thing to do, intervene with customer service; how do you want us to substitute for them going forward?
If the package was marked as delivered in person against signature, the investigation will easily show that it does not exist, and either the package will be found, or you will be refunded with no other compensation for the alleged damage.
In the opposite case, but we are not there, it will be a word against word situation, and it will be more difficult to assert one's rights by raising one's voice and demonstrating, for example, that one could not be at home during the claimed delivery period since one was at work or at any other place where one can prove their presence.
But for now, we are not on Friday but Wednesday, so it is urgent to wait.
