Hello, I would like to buy a property and the owner is asking for a Transcash voucher to be handed over in person! Do you think there could be a scam?

Hello,
Generally, this kind of transaction is a scam. If it's on Leboncoin or another online marketplace, you should go through the site's payment system, not through an alternative payment method.
