Bonjour, j'ai passé une commande il y a presque 1 semaine et mon colis devait être livré aujourd'hui j'ai reçu en mail disant que mon colis allais arriver mais j'ai reçu le même il y a 2 jours. Je suis allée sur le site de colissimo pour suivre ma commande et il y a marqué "colis remis en livraison au plus tôt". J'aimerais savoir ce que ça veut dire. Merci.

This would seem to indicate that you have indeed received this package? Or the same message??
In any case, Colissimo tracking is riddled with false information because the post office often puts the cart before the horse or sometimes well behind the horse.... I think that tomorrow morning, the tracking will have evolved once again and your package will certainly be noted as out for delivery..

Hello, my package has said since Friday "unfortunately your package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered as soon as possible." It's 2 PM and still nothing. Should I go directly to the post office?
