Back Market / DHL - Parcel that is stuck

Hello,

I bought a smartphone on Back Market, but when I received it, it had a problem. So I'm returning it for a refund. Back Market sent me a DHL label to prepare my package, which I did. With the tracking number, I see it has arrived at the sorting center in Lyon, but for over a month now, it hasn't moved, and Back Market isn't responding to me. Any solutions? Thank you in advance.
