Hello,
Try force stopping and clearing the cache of the problematic applications by going to Settings > Apps > [app name] > Force stop and finally Storage > Clear cache.
Then restart your phone.
-
Check and install updates for your apps as well as for your phone. Also, update Google Play Services by clicking on this link - you will see an update button if a new version is available.
If the problem persists, clear the cache of Google Play Services. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Storage > Clear cache, then restart your phone.
If the problem persists, try to free up storage space. If your phone's memory is almost full, it can cause issues with your apps and the system in general. You can free up space by deleting apps as well as photos, videos, documents, downloads... that you no longer need.

I already have an added SD card and apps are transferred there, but few apps can be transferred (using AppMgr III).
My photos, videos, and documents are on the cloud.
My smartphone is a Galaxy A3 (2017).
I have 1.6 GB available. Usually, I have less and it works!
Not working anymore: Méteociel, Gmail, Email, Google...

Hello
I'm at 1.9 GB out of 14.1 GB and I don't see what else I can delete in terms of applications!
All my photos, videos, and documents are regularly stored on the cloud.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) that has been working quite well so far even though the memory is around 1 GB.
Moreover, the apps that allow it are on an SD card using AppMgr III.
The latter keeps crashing with messages like ".. has stopped", just like Google, Email...
I'd be willing to delete more apps to see, but I really don't like doing that...

I went up to 2.2 GB, but that doesn't change anything!
Isn't there another method to solve my problem?

Hello,
Is the phone up to date? What is the version of Android?
Does the Play Store offer any updates to be performed?

Hello,
Perhaps the problem is caused by a recently installed application... Try starting the phone in safe mode to see if the issue continues to occur.
Turn off the phone. Turn it back on by pressing the Power button and holding the volume down button until safe mode starts up.
If your applications (Google, Email, ...) are working correctly, the problem would stem from an application you installed. Safe mode disables all user-installed applications and keeps only system ones active.
To exit safe mode, restart your phone. Uninstall recent applications one by one, from the most recent to the oldest, to determine which one is causing the issue.
Another possibility is that an application you transferred with AppMgr is required by other applications. The fact that it is stored on the SD card instead of internal storage could be the cause of this instability.

Thank you for your response.
In safe mode, the problem persists!
To access my SD card, I use AppMrg III, which is one of the applications that closes! So I can't move these few applications to the smartphone's memory.
Can you help me with this, knowing that I haven't recently added new applications to the SD card?
A few days ago, I installed ZeppLife to set the time on my smartwatch that I use in offline mode. Immediately after setting the time on my watch, I uninstalled ZeppLife. Could this installation/uninstallation have left any traces?
-
So it's a problem with the system. I don't think ZeepLife is the cause since it has been uninstalled - all the data is erased during an uninstallation. However, you can check if any traces of the app remain (empty folders) via the file manager.
We will try to reset the essential system applications for the proper functioning of Android. You will need to go to Settings > Apps > [app name] > Storage and choose Clear cache and Clear data.
Perform the action for the following apps:
- Android System WebView
- Google Play Services Framework
- Google Play Store
- Installer Kit
- Google Play Services: To clear data, choose Manage space > Clear all data. You may need to reconfigure your Google account such as syncing and backup afterwards.
Restart your phone and see what happens.
-
Thank you,
I did what I understood, which is:
- Android System WebView
- Google Play Store
I don't know what "Google Services Framework" and "Kit Installer" mean.
With what I did, nothing changed after restarting.

To complete: I uninstalled the apps that were on my SD card. I uninstalled the app that I use to move certain apps to SD (AppMgr III).
Then I reinstalled Méteociel directly onto the smartphone's memory.
In the end, the same apps crash as soon as they are opened!

I'm trying again:
I uninstalled the apps that were on my SD card. I uninstalled the app that I use to move certain apps to the SD card (AppMgr III).
Then I reinstalled Meteociel directly on the smartphone's memory.
In the end, the same apps close as soon as they are opened!

Hello,
Strange as a problem... You should try clearing the data of Google Play Services. No data will be deleted; only the reactivation of your Google settings will be necessary.
As for the applications you haven't found (Google Services Framework, etc.), you should enable the display of system apps through the options when you are in the list of installed applications in the settings.
If despite these steps the problem persists, try clearing the cache partition of your phone. This will only delete cached data and in no case your personal data. Here is a video for instructions. Be sure to select Wipe cache partition and nothing else!

Hello
I have successfully performed the first two operations, but without positive results.
However, my knowledge of the language of Shakespeare is not sufficient for the last operation, which seems to come with risks!
Isn't there a more accessible support for me?

Good evening
I found help in French and I gave it a try, but without success!
I did use K-9 Mail: the messages appear in the inbox, but the app crashes when I try to open the message. However, my calendar, SMS, photos, Firefox, WhatsApp, among others, work like before!

Good evening
Incredible!
Everything is working again.
Do the latest operations have a delayed effect?
In any case, thank you!
