3DS bug that turns off by itself

Hello,

My 3DS XL turns off by itself every time I lean on it. When I turn it back on, it always indicates that it's January 1, 2011, at 12:00 AM.
This problem doesn't depend on the game I'm playing or which 3DS XL I'm using.

I can't figure out where the problem is coming from because apart from that, my 3DS XL works perfectly.

Hello, the problem comes from the battery.

It is the battery that allows the internal clock of the console to function, so when it is removed, the date resets.

Either the battery is improperly inserted, or it is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.
