My 3DS turns on by itself!

Hello,

I bought a New 3DS XL a little less than a month ago, it works well, but there is a big problem: when I turn it off, a few hours later, it turns on by itself! I don’t understand why this is happening.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 83.0.4103.116

    The battery might be dead (it's the first time I've seen an issue like this).
