Hello, I have a problem with my Nintendo 3DS which is a little over a year old.
Yesterday, around 3:20 PM, I did the latest update. Then, around 6:15 PM, I tried to put my Pokémon Silver SoulSilver cartridge in, but the first time my 3DS didn't recognize the game. So I took it out, and when I put it back in, it froze, and only the 3D and WiFi buttons were responding: everything else was frozen, I couldn't even turn it off... After a little while, both screens went black, but the blue light indicated that it was still on, yet I left it like that all night and it didn't turn off...
So... if you could help me, that would be really nice. I accept all ideas, even the craziest ones.
