Projector image very blurry

I bought a Philips MEO PIS Easy 2+ video projector, but the image is barely acceptable up close, and as you move away, the image becomes very blurry, making it hard to distinguish shapes. If you have any advice, I’m all ears.

The focus is manual, it should be the big knob above the lamp...
Sorry for the spelling, but I have already tried manual adjustment with the knob and it doesn't make any difference. I also have contact lenses, I put them in but it doesn't change anything either.

If you have just purchased the device, the best option is to return it to customer service for inspection, rather than trying to operate it if you are not sufficiently familiar with this technology.

The customer service doesn't take it, and I can't set the focus because we can't. Distinguish the colors from afar.
I don't think this can be resolved without the intervention of a technician after disassembly. Remotely, it's less obvious, especially if no tests or advice are carried out by the user of the equipment.
Whether the equipment is new or not (no answer to this question) the store cannot refuse a repair, under warranty or after the legal period. Otherwise, we don't have all the elements. Best of luck.
