I just bought a hy300 projector but when I plug it in, the image flickers and it's impossible to access the settings.

    This projector is not very expensive and its actual technical specifications are incomplete or nonexistent. The surprise is not surprising... But well, it might be possible to get it working anyway... by searching a bit.

    The symptoms are quite classic for issues related to image format, or encoding used, or refresh rate..

    This device does not play all kinds of video files, nor does it support direct connection... it responds to certain types of files, formats, encodings, refresh rates... and outside of that, the display is corrupted... If your source file is not within the characteristics compatible with your HY300... So you need to know what you are sending it... for example, analyze your video file with "MediaInfo"

    Your image scrolling looks a lot like a difference in "refresh rate"

    WiFi transmission may also be a factor, depending on the band, faults, distance... and others... which could cause stuttering connections.

      Hello, I am doubtful when I see the price of these devices around €50 and their even modest performance. I would like to find someone in my circle who has purchased this device and is satisfied with it.

      In response to dijouzzz, I read: the supplier takes back the product within 90 days with a free return slip.
