McAfee has just charged me the sum of €129.95 without authorization. How can I get a refund?

Hello,

In the event that this gadget had been pre-installed on a new PC as a trial version, how could they have made this charge? I, for my part, have no bank details saved either on my PC or on any online account (Microsoft or otherwise), which makes such an operation impossible unless Hara Kiri provided the said details to the trial version.

Very valid point. The requester would do well to share the circumstances under which he provided this information, which we cannot know. Therefore, only the "renewals by tacit agreement" that involve an initial billing (and a forgetfulness of the cancellation date, which is taken advantage of by McAfee) are concerned at first glance.
