      Yes, you were right, it is indeed an abusive charge from Amazon Prime of 49 euros that was taken from me on April 20. I immediately canceled (even though I didn’t ask for anything!!!) on the Amazon site and was informed that I would be refunded within 3 days. Nevertheless, I will file a complaint with the police immediately; this practice is intolerable !!!!! But it's impossible to reach Amazon to tell them what I think about this… my emails go unanswered.

        I had the same problem, in fact, I inadvertently subscribed to the premium program. They told me (and wrote) that I would be reimbursed within 2 to 3 days. I was stunned by how quickly the problem was resolved: immediate callback (4 to 5 seconds). This is not a scam; it’s a mistake on our part.

      No. My orders are finished and I have been charged three times 28.61 and I didn't order anything. The first: 75 payli2090401.. The second: 75p.payli2090401... the third. On my credit card..... I am Mrs. Rocoplan and this is the first time I have a problem with Amazon.. I hope you will refund me quickly as the total amount is..... 85 euros 83... Thank you in advance....
