Hello, I had signed up for JM casual encounters but it's crazy and I can no longer deactivate my subscriptions. Initially, it was 2 euros, but an additional 29 euros one was added. So I blocked the payment, and I managed to remove only one subscription of 1.99 euros on payerbest, but do I face any risks for having blocked the payment? I sent my right of withdrawal with the form as I could still do it today.

    Hello, take a look at SUPPAY.FR, they're the ones charging you. You can find your transactions using your username and password. There's no hope of a refund, but I managed to stop the automatic renewal. And right after that, I received a message from JM saying that I am indeed unsubscribed from their site. A great relief, at least I have proof to take action if they charge me after the two weeks.
    However, your JM account remains as it is, and I assume we can only delete it after the 2 weeks.
