How to unblock a blocked Alice email?

Hello,

my aliceadsl email account is locked, I didn't make any false manipulations and I can't access it, free couldn't do anything to unlock it, I have important things to recover, I created a new email address, below. Thank you

    Hello,

    If Free, which is the only one with access to the secure servers of Alice's messaging, I doubt that we, as individuals, can provide you with a solution, knowing also that personal addresses are removed by a filtering robot on CCM, as you can see, for obvious security reasons.

    Furthermore, creating a new email address, allowed by Free/Alice, will not unblock an account that has been blocked for a reason that we cannot know (hacking? bug on the server?)
