Recover contacts on broken Android phone

Hello everyone,
The screen on my phone is broken. I still have access to the files on my old computer via Windows Explorer.
I’d like to recover my contacts and export them to the new phone. Indeed, I have contacts, but many are missing. Strangely, they are all present on WhatsApp.
(The two phones are Samsung.)
So I’d like to recover them for my new phone, either via the old phone and the old computer or via WhatsApp.
I found lots of things on Google, but nothing suitable. And the sync hasn’t been complete.

Hello,
By exploring, you cannot, the file is only accessible if the phone is rooted and there is no guarantee, given a coded SQLite file, that overwriting the new phone's file would work.
Dedicated apps require screen access.
If these contacts are neither on the SIM card nor backed up on Google, there is no solution except perhaps, I don’t remember well, if Smart Switch can import to a PC from the old phone without it being installed, followed then by restoration on the new one.
Or of course to repair the old phone.
