Trash on C is damaged

Hello,

I have the following message on a black background on my laptop:

The Recycle Bin on C:\ is corrupted. Would you like to empty the Recycle Bin for this drive?

I click yes but nothing happens and I no longer have access to my files, or anything else, impossible to restart, nor Ctrl+Alt+Delete. In short, completely stuck.

Do you have a solution?
