Unable to install OpenIV on my PC

Hello,
I'm trying to install OpenIV on my PC, a tool that allows customizing my GTA V game to use the Natural Vision mod in single-player mode.
However, I'm unable to do so, as the installer gives me an error each time I try, saying it cannot download the files from the server...
Could someone help me solve this little problem?

    Do you have an antivirus other than Windows Defender?

    Because it might be the one blocking it. Try temporarily disabling it, but you won't be protected against viruses.

    Also, check the Windows firewall by allowing OpenIV.

    But it could also be the server itself, and in that case, there's nothing to do but wait.
