Hello,

I bought a PC game through Le Bon Coin from someone who had previously completed the game and sold it to me.
The problem is that when I enter the activation key provided in the box, it tells me that the installation is impossible because the code has already been used.

How can I resolve this issue?
I have kept in touch with the seller and can ask him to perform some actions on his computer if necessary.

Configuration: Macintosh / Firefox 63.0

Hello, it depends on the game but a long time ago I bought Angry Birds on CD-ROM and there was an activation code, but after changing computers that code no longer worked. I contacted Rovio and received a new code; however, it seems that it works multiple times.

So it would be necessary to try to contact support (but again, it depends on the game).
