Innovative headphones / impossible to sync

Hello,

I recently bought a pair of Inovalley C04-BTH headphones, and the headphones work separately.

This means that I have two devices appearing for Bluetooth connection.
I have watched multiple videos to help me, but nothing works; I can't synchronize the headphones.

Do you have a solution to propose, or is it a defect in the product?

It is possible that the earbuds are not properly synced, or there is a problem with the Bluetooth connection. Here are some steps you can try to sync the earbuds:

  1. Make sure both earbuds are fully charged.

  2. Turn on both earbuds and put them in pairing mode by holding the power button down for about 5 to 10 seconds. The LED indicators will blink to show that the earbuds are ready to pair.

  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices on your device and select both earbuds separately. If the device only finds one earbud, try resetting it by placing it back in the charging case and taking it out again.

  4. If both earbuds are connected, try syncing them by turning them off and then on simultaneously. Wait for them to connect to each other automatically.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the earbuds or the Bluetooth connection. You can contact Inovalley's customer support for further assistance.
