Hello,

When I go on edf.fr with my laptop and click on 'individual client area', I get the message

'

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.'

When I do the same thing on my smartphone using Wi-Fi, I have the same problem.

But if I turn off the Wi-Fi on my phone and switch to 5G, it works! I can access the site, my info, etc.
But I prefer to do it from my laptop. I've already run antivirus scans, deleted cookies and history. But the problem persists. The same thing happens if I use other browsers (Edge, Mozilla).

So, since the problem apparently occurs when I go through my Freebox Pop, I thought the issue might be there? Especially since it was working when I had an Orange Livebox before.

What should I do?

    Hello.

It's as if your Freebox's IP has been blacklisted by EDF.

Check if the same happens with another internet browser, if you are using a VPN, disable it, and if it’s still the same:

Connect your smartphone to the mobile network and then share the connection with your PC via the smartphone's USB cable https://support.google.com/android/answer/9059108?hl=fr

If you can access the EDF site, it's your IP that is blacklisted by EDF, check this with Free at 3244.

I experimented a bit more. When I connect my laptop through a hotspot on my phone, it works on my laptop.

I called Free, but they told me everything seems fine on their end.

So the last possibility is that EDF has blocked the IP of my box on their server. I sent an email to EDF and I’m waiting for a response...
