Adding number on Twitter: error

Hello,

I can't add my phone number or change the email on my Twitter account. I'm getting an error message saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." on my computer. On my phone, the error message reads: "We cannot save this phone number at the moment."

Can someone help me...
