Bluetooth peripheral

Hello everyone,
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me. If possible, step by step, as I'm far from being a geek.
Following a number of tips about Microsoft, I conducted a check and discovered in the device manager that one of them has a question mark in a bubble. When I look for the reason, the system displays the following message:
Dated 09.08.22, "The device BTHENUM\{74EC2172-0BAD-4D01-8F77-997B2BE0722A}_VID&0001004C_PID&200E\7&14D9ECC&0&28F033AD62BA_C00000000 has been removed.

I launched Windows Update, and I also tried "Update Driver" by right-clicking on the icon of the device in question, but the question mark remains. I haven't tried disabling the device or reinstalling it as I'm a bit afraid of making a mistake. What should I do?
To specify, my device is an Asus Vivobook, N552VX from 2016, with official licensed Win10 22H2 (19045.2846). Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz. Of course, I remain at your disposal.
Thank you and best regards

Hello, go to the page:
https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-home/vivobook/vivobook-pro-15-n552/helpdesk_download/?model2Name=Vivobook-Pro-15-N552
Locate the "Bluetooth" section and download the Bluetooth driver by clicking on the download button next to the name of the driver.
Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation of the Bluetooth driver.
Restart the computer if necessary.
Hello Djinnx,
First, thank you for your intervention and advice.
Question: the download offers me 18 items including 3 .exe files, namely DPInst.exe, pnputil.exe, and RtkBtManServ.exe; which of the 3 should I double-click on?
Thank you
I didn't pay attention, it's a .Zip file and not .exe for the drivers on the site.
(if there's a problem with your Bluetooth driver) you first need to uninstall the old driver, (feel free to take a screenshot of the instructions below, or copy and paste them into a Notepad file and save it on your desktop for offline access)
1) Disconnect from the Internet to ensure that the driver will not be automatically updated by Windows.
2) In Device Manager.
3) Right-click on the Bluetooth device and click Uninstall.
4) In the device removal dialog box, check Remove driver for this device and click OK.
5) Restart your computer.
Normally you have downloaded "Realtek BlueTooth driver"
(You noticed it's in ZIP format),
1) Extract the files and enter the folder that contains the (18) installation files.
2) Look for the "Install.bat" file in the folder and right-click on it.
3) In the context menu that appears, select "Run as administrator".
4) If a confirmation message appears, select "Yes" to allow the application to make changes to your device.
5) Wait for the driver installation to complete. This may take a few minutes. The installation process will be complete when you see a message indicating that the drivers were installed successfully.
6) Finally, restart your computer for the new drivers to take effect.
Open Device Manager.
Expand the Bluetooth section again.
Normally, you should have the new driver installed
open Bluetooth, connect your devices via Bluetooth.
Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Give the hardware ID of the bluetooth device
Look at this --> Find the device identification number
Post the number in your next message.

Djinnx and Kaneagle Good evening, thank you for being here to help me.
With a little knot in my stomach, I followed Djinnx's instructions in message n°6, I uninstalled the device, and I didn’t get a dialog box asking if I wanted to delete it. On the contrary, the device immediately disappeared from the list in the device manager. Nevertheless, I continued the process and restarted the laptop. Then I ran Install.bat as an administrator. I then got the confirmation message, I clicked Yes, then I waited but I never received the message "Driver installed successfully." Despite this, after 30 minutes I still restarted the laptop. Then I reopened the device manager, the Bluetooth device was back again but still had a question mark over it in a bubble.
Then I followed Kaneagle's instructions, post n°7, to find the identification number.
Two comments: the first in the example we can clearly read in the title "Properties of Realtek Bluetooth adapter," but for me, I only see "Properties of Bluetooth device." Then when I go to details I have nothing else and cannot get a drop-down menu. I tried right-clicking directly on the faulty device, there it gave me the "properties" section, however when I right-click I only have 2 choices "Copy or Select All" and I cannot check the identification number...
To respond to post n° 5 from Djinnx: I tried to connect a pair of Bluetooth earbuds and... it works even though in the device manager, there is still the Bluetooth device with a question mark over it in a bubble.
For your information, I am copying below a screenshot of what I just wrote to you. Thank you very much for your help and the time you are giving me.
