PCI bus 0, device 8, function 0 Solved/Closed

Hello,
I have a problem when I open my device manager there is a system device error from base and the only info I have is The device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&SUBSYS_7B981462&REV_00\3&11583659&0&40 requires that the installation be continued.
and I can't update it and if I uninstall it, it reappears a little later thanks for your help.
