Xiaomi Bluetooth issue

Well, I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, it works very well except for the Bluetooth. Let me explain: when I receive a call in my vehicle, I can hear the person calling me very well, but they can't hear me at all unless I yell. It worked very well with my old Samsung using the same SIM card.
Could someone tell me if it's a phone issue or if there's another solution besides changing it?

Try testing a Bluetooth device from another brand with it, and if the problem persists, reset your phone.
Either the phone is malfunctioning or it is not compatible with your Bluetooth.

Sorry, I'm not bringing a solution but I'm having the same issue with my Xiaomi Note 8 Pro. I haven't tested another phone, I thought it might be coming from the Dacia media nav car radio.
So I turn off the Bluetooth when I have a call...
What really bothers me and the reason for my searches here is that the connection is tedious even though it is paired. Sometimes I have to go into the car radio settings, unpair it, go through the process again and wait...
And when my partner arrives with her old Samsung, it connects without any issues.
Conclusion, the Bluetooth on Xiaomi doesn't seem great to me.
