Smart bracelet not appearing in fitpro

Hello,

my watch is connected via bluetooth to my smartphone but does not appear in the Fitpro scan.

Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hello,

    This is a smartwatch from China and apparently there are no drivers to install.

    explains how to connect this watch to FitPro, but the latter cannot find my watch, only all the other devices around.

    I specify that my watch is properly recognized and connected to Bluetooth.
