Eko Active and Smart Showroom Watch

Hello,
I bought two Eko watches (active and smart) for my daughter and myself for Christmas on showroom.com.
The watches disconnect even when next to the phone, there is no way to receive SMS notifications, and the watches drain their batteries at a shocking rate (even though they claim to last for several days on a charge).
The dial on mine isn't even centered.
With their TV ads, I thought this site was reliable and sold quality products, and that there was proper customer service.
I already regret this purchase of over 180€.
I will have to buy a watch for my daughter, but showroom.com is over for me.

For next time...
A little advice before making a purchase online: use your search engine to look up the selling site in question before pulling out your credit card.
You can also come and ask the question here on CCM before making a purchase online.

Anyway, thank you; I was going to make the same mistake looking for reviews on Eko watches, and I came across you and others who only have bad things to say, so thank you again.
