Antidote is not accessible.

Hello,

I successfully installed Antidote correctly, the software appears in my toolbar in Word but as soon as I try to use the software, a message pops up saying "Antidote is not available" and asks me if I want to send my document to Antidote web.

Does anyone know how to make this work?
