No sound on UNOWHY Y13

Hello everyone,

I have the famous Unowhy Y13 PC given by the IDF region, and since restoring the system to 0, no sound comes out of the device. A crossed-out icon appears on the volume icon located in the taskbar... an audio driver named "multimedia audio controller" appears in the task manager, that's all. I have to connect a Bluetooth headset to get any sound...

    The computer does not belong to you, so you cannot do what you want with it. You need to contact their services for assistance.
