    Hello,

it seems to me that you need to install drivers on the Acer site.

Yes but how to transfer it to the tablet?

      Hello,

The site you mentioned in the message <3> is not an Acer site. And on Acer's site I don't see any driver proposals for tablets.

    Hello,

On Android mobile devices, updates are offered by the manufacturer, when they are available.

Here, it is old hardware (released in 2012): there is certainly no possibility for Android evolution or updates anymore.

It is perhaps disappointing because it was a rather expensive device. The most disappointing thing is that this tablet is currently completely outdated: internal storage is very insufficient (16 GB) and the screen resolution is low.

What is conceived clearly is expressed plainly,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello, I'm sorry but I think that since the tablet is too old, there are no new updates, so the device crashes automatically.
