Custom ROM for old ACER Iconia A1 tablet

Hello,

I have an old ACER Iconia A1 Android tablet running what I believe is Android 4. Is it possible to install a custom ROM to get at least Android 5 on it?

If so, which one, where can I download it, and how can I install it?
