This driver works on Windows 11; I've installed it for several people.
This driver is enough, nothing else.

If I'm not mistaken, your Windows 11 is in S mode, and that's probably the reason why you can't download the drivers for your printer....
To switch Windows 11 S to "normal" mode ► See this link
