Samsung TV with Orange decoder black screen

Hello,

Orange fiber customers with a 2016 Samsung LED HD TV.

Two days ago, suddenly, nothing, black screen. The 3900 had us change the TV decoder and then the Livebox: nothing works. The Orange TV menu appears for a quarter of a second, disappears, we only get channel 16, but without the picture. However, everything that is not Orange (Amazon and others) works.

I read on a forum about a user mentioning screen obsolescence. I'm using a very cheap but almost new TV screen that the games are connected to: it works! Terrible sound, okay image... I miss my TV!!!

Contacted, Samsung claims to recognize the problem and gave me the procedure to manually download the latest update, but it's cumbersome and a bit much that after 6 years a television needs to be replaced due to incompatibility with the Orange decoder.

For its part, Orange claims to have never heard of such a problem.

I am therefore looking for users who have encountered this issue so that Orange can fix this bug in the TV decoders. This is to avoid having to buy a new television. We are in a crisis period!

I'm not a technician but you have an Orange subscription, if they didn't fix it for you, you might as well change providers

Note if you have a way to test your TV with another provider (box and decoder) (that's proof by nine)
