No sound on new screen

Hello,

I just installed a new Philips 27M1C5500VL curved monitor. It is connected via HDMI to my graphics card. Everything seems fine, but there is no sound coming out.

Any ideas to help me out, please?

    Hello,

    Are you sure the screen has speakers? It's standard on a TV, but not necessarily on a computer monitor.
