Hello,

I have a sound problem with the unowhy y13, no sound card is detected and the sound does not work.

Even after trying to install the drivers, it still doesn't work.

Can you please help me?

I have Windows 11 x64

Try to install this

https://driverpack.io/en/hwids/ACPI%5CESSX8316?os=windows-10-x64

(click on download zip)

Then go to the device manager

Click on sound, video and game controllers

Update the driver

Browse my computer for drivers

Select the .zip file and next

(Also, did the school account remain after installing Windows 11?)

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I tried to install the driver, but it says that the best drivers are already installed.

The school account has not persisted. The problem is still the same; I have no sound.

In the device manager, I have 2 unknown devices.

Hello,

Provide the hardware identification number for the 2 unknown peripherals.
Post the numbers in your next message.

Right-click on a device
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Browse
Select the unzipped driver folder corresponding to the device
OK, next
Restart.
