MasterPlus error message

Hello,

I bought a Cooler Master keyboard yesterday, model: MK750

I installed the "MasterPlus" application, which allows you to manage the RGB and the keyboard in general, but when I launch the application, this error message appears (see attachment below). I downloaded the software from the official Cooler MASTER website and took the latest version available.

The keyboard works perfectly and I am able to use it without any issues on my PC, but I would like to be able to adjust the RGB.

I have already tried changing the USB port and reinstalling the app, but nothing changes.

    I tried this option: But actually, I am on Windows 10 and in the proposed versions, it stops at Windows 8.

    1. Check compatibility settings: If the application was designed for an earlier version of Windows, you can try changing the compatibility settings. Right-click on the application icon, select "Properties," then click on the "Compatibility" tab. Check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select an earlier version of Windows.

    Hello,

    I have also, for years, the MK750 from CoolerMaster (great keyboard).

    Unless I'm mistaken, the application to use to manage this keyboard is not MasterPlus, but CoolerMaster Portal (the old version).

    The MK750 is too old and not compatible with CoolerMaster Plus :)
