Hello,

In 4 years I have had the same issue with my Epson XP 2105 printer twice, all the lights are on.

After changing the ink cartridges, putting in paper, and trying again, I attempted to reset my printer.

I went to the Electro Depot store to request a quote for a repair, and I was told that this printer could not be repaired.

They already replaced it for me last year because I had the same problems.

They just exchanged it without giving me any other documents, which means this printer is no longer under warranty. Have you ever had this problem?

As of now, this printer is not working, I no longer have a warranty, and I am advised to call Epson on Monday to find out what the issue is.

In the meantime, this printer has had the same issue twice in 4 years.

    Hello, this is called planned obsolescence to make you change your printer, and Epson are specialists in that.

    Hello everyone,
    I confirm: Epson world champions of "throw and buy again". Mine had a paper feed issue. The repairer's response: impossible, the parts are unfindable....
