I currently have a monitor that does not have a USB port, so it's impossible to connect a mouse and keyboard.

    What will the mouse and keyboard connected to a screen do?
    The screen connects to a computer, whether it's a laptop or not.
    There is no logic board in a screen. Only a TV screen has an additional tuner card to receive signals and display them.
