Hello, I recently reset my PC, but unfortunately, I forgot to retrieve the backup of Assassin's Creed Odyssey (installed via Ubisoft).

When I launched my game, it asked me if I wanted to use the cloud save (the correct one), but when selecting it, the game displayed "cloud save synchronization failed."

I would therefore need help to recover the cloud save.

    It's good, I managed to get the cloud working and I have my backup!!
