SFR Box Orange WiFi Network Call

Hello,

My office is in a basement.
I have between 1 or 2 bars of SFR network and my phone calls are often dropped.
I was advised to enable Wi-Fi calling.
My phone receives internet perfectly via the Wi-Fi of my Orange box.
A logo next to my vertical SFR bars seems to indicate that my phone (Xiaomi 12) is on Wi-Fi calling.
However, the calls keep getting cut off!!
Orange tells me to contact SFR and vice-versa.
Outside of the WhatsApp system, can an SFR phone make a Wi-Fi call with the Orange fiber box?
I feel like it can't, and that would explain this.

    Hello,

    When you turn on the wifi calling, normally the calls go through? Turn off your smartphone and restart it, if you have at least one bar of SFR network connection, it should work!

    Forget about the orange box, you are with SFR for the phone, with mobile data on your plan, everything goes together!

    PS right now, I have 3 bars and yet my line cuts out during calls and the WiFi test shows 699 Mbps down and 400 up.
