Hello,
yesterday with the new version of Orange TV I noticed that I can't use it on my tablet because it's version 4.0... How can I solve this? The tablet updates are all up to date! MyTF1 cannot be downloaded as an app because it's not compatible with the device!!! It's 5 years old!!! I'm really frustrated! Thank you if by any miracle you have a solution!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 86.0.4240.183

Hello,
Unfortunately, no solutions. Android version 4 has not been supported for a few years now...

The urgent is done, the impossible is underway. For miracles, provide for a delay...-
Good evening, indeed after calling Orange.... It seems that it is Google who imposes a new version on Orange and that this new version is incompatible with version 4 of Android!!!
If I buy a new tablet and if I understand correctly, in 5 years or even before, I risk having the same problem? What do you think? Thank you again for your response.- Unfortunately, it's not impossible to predict the future... But that's what the naysayers call "planned obsolescence." It's worth noting that an "old" device can still work if it wants to... but without updates. My first smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy S2, still works, but I've left it on 2.3 and I no longer update it, neither the system nor the apps.
