Xiaomi Pad 5 app installation issues

Hello,
before making a purchase, I was able to try a Xiaomi Pad 5 bought at Darty in-store. And I was very surprised to see that it is impossible to install, for example, the Waze GPS, links to PC, my bank applications and neobanks like the very well-known Revolut, Western Union, Mondial Relay, DHL Express, tourist guides for Paris and elsewhere, guides for outings in France, mountain biking or hiking. An app for shows, apps on psychology, a subject I find fascinating, SNCF apps, Ouibus, and many others that I use more often than those I mentioned, but I forgot the names. In fact, when I go to the Google Store under "uninstalled applications," there is a whole list of Android applications that I had installed on my previous tablets and phones. And there, I saw the number of apps with "incompatible with this version" written underneath, and if I click on them, a red message tells me that "Your device is not compatible with this version".
I am extremely surprised given how all the review sites like Frandroid, Lesnumeriques, etc. give a very good rating to this tablet.
Did I make a mistake? Can anything be done about it?

I have this tablet myself for Waze and other geolocation applications,
The tablet does not have a GPS module. Google Maps is compatible, but you will have approximate locations as WiFi and Bluetooth positions will be used.
As for the rest, I'm not sure, but I think that an Android tablet and an Android phone differ in terms of application development and some have not made the portability to tablet.
Hello, I share the same disappointment with the Xiaomi PAD6 tablet that I was just given, it's also clearly stated in the "Location" settings: "This device does not support satellite location."
I think there is no solution.
It would be desirable for this to be specified in reviews like "Les Numériques" or others!
