My Pad 5 turns off by itself.

Hello,

I just acquired a Pad 5 from Xiaomi, unfortunately, it keeps turning off by itself whether I'm scrolling or not; it can happen every 5 seconds even though the sleep mode is set to 5 minutes.
It has never been dropped, it's very annoying.
Has this happened to you?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 98.0.4758.101

    Same problem. Mine turns on and off by itself. But very, very often like at least every minute. If anyone has an idea...

    Hello,

    Mine turns off by itself randomly.

    I disabled the auto brightness and for more than a year I haven't had any problems.

    Very annoying. The reseller (Rakuten) is offering to refund me €15. What a joke!
