Hello,
I made several purchases on PayPal using my bank account. The payments went through, but then my bank rejected all of them and PayPal is asking me to refund €3000. I don’t have that amount at all. What are the risks? Can I pay PayPal gradually? Can bailiffs come to my place? I am a student.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
This is no different from any other creditor.
The bank will charge incident fees and may withdraw the payment method used if it is a credit card.
The creditor may retry their collections, send amicable recovery requests, propose a payment schedule which they are not obligated to do, issue a formal notice to pay by registered mail or through a judicial officer's writ constituting the start of late penalties and/or damages.
Only if these measures have not been successful will the creditor's filing with the court result in an order to pay, whose enforceable title allows the judicial officer to seize assets up to the amount of this debt.

Hello
Did you make purchases for €3000 actually? Because if not, it’s a hacking of your PayPal account… (a classic…)

Hello,
Yes, I did it correctly, a friend made a fraudulent transfer to my bank account and asked me to approve payments on PayPal, and it turns out that the bank rejected all the payments, so PayPal is asking me to reimburse that amount but I don’t have the funds and my friend is no longer responding. I am a student, I don’t know what to do and it scares me.

Hello.
This question has also been asked in the legal and financial forum by you, I believe, and the answers provided there will be more accurate for you, even though Brucine's response already gives you a hint of what might come next.
This topic would fit better there.
A piece of advice: be careful of your "friends".
